How to synchronize multiple copies of Living Cookbook?

Using Living Cookbook 2015's new online services you can synchronize content (recipes, ingredients, etc.) across multiple instances of Living Cookbook. There are two basic synchronization scenarios:

1) Your primary computer has all of your recipes and other data. You want your other computer(s) to start with an exact copy of the content on your primary computer.

2) Each of your computers has different data. You want to start by merging all of the data and then keep all of the computers in sync.
